LCOG is an independent public agency that is established and supported by its member units of government to coordinate and provide high-quality public services within Lane County, Oregon. LCOG has four divisions: Planning Services, Administrative Services, Technology Services, and Senior & Disabled Services. Some of our activities include land use, natural resources, and transportation planning; economic development; business financing; 9-1-1 coordination; operation of government television station Comcast Cable 21 in the Eugene/Springfield metro area; Meals on Wheels; nursing home abuse investigations; and Medicaid administration for seniors and persons with disabilities.
