The Resource Development Program provides grant and contract development services to LCOG’s Local Government and Regional Technical Services divisions. Tasks include grant and contract identification, procurement, and administration, all of which will be supported by a soon-to-be developed program strategic plan.

The strategic plan will be updated annually to secure new and alternative funding sources for LCOG programs and activities, which serve the needs of member jurisdictions. Upon request, the Program will help coordinate grant projects and related budgets, and will assist LCOG staff in project development tasks. Also, the Program will offer contract grant writing assistance to LCOG’s members and other customers on an as-needed basis.
